The Beginning: Passion

Real estate is more than a profession; it was the family business while I grew up. I received training in both design and building renovation, as the family purchased, refurbished and sold multi-unit apartment buildings, duplexes, and single family dwellings. In my late teens, our family purchased the celebrated Lincoln Steffens house in Carmel, California. Living in this historic home gave me a lifelong interest in Architectural Restoration, Landscape and Interior Design, and in researching and selling properties.
